Browse down through this forum - you will find your questions already addressed in depth. In particular, here are two previous posts that I replied to:

Here are updates:
*Be Inc. is out of business and has been liquidated.
*OpenBeOS is under development and could be released within a year.
*Zeta is an updated BeOS being developed by YellowTab. It will be available for sale sometime between now and July.
*The demo version (BeOS PE) is still available for download from BeBits or BeZip.
*The list of supported hardware is still available at FrizBe.

Best Wishes,
Bob

Can anyone help me find a "BeOS 4.5 with BeOS Bible" (commercial edition) reseller? I have searched the web for an online store but R4.5 was out of stock. I know it's to late for R4.5 to be found for buying but, I hope for the last. Is "BeOS 4.5 with BeOS Bible" a legally transferable software product?
