Hi.I install the BeOS PE but when i try to start the audio file--"Unable to play:Couldn`t find audio hardware".My sound card is Creative vibra 128(es 1371 es 1373).Is this is from the drivers or no?And how can i fix it ???
(sorry for my english i`m bulgarian)

I asked this on another forum. MYOB suggests this.
"Depending on version, he may need the "ct5880" driver from BeBits for it to work - only some are supported out of the box."

Hope that helps.

You might use command line listdev for hardware printout. That might tell more about what is going on. Also see Media and look there.

At bebits dot com they might have a driver that may work.

The Creative Vibra ought to work with BeOS R5. However, BeOS was made a number of years ago. BeOS has in each driver the make and board number. If your hardware number is new then it will not be selected. There are ways to edit old drivers to add in new numbers too.
