Looking for links for application for BeOS PRO 5.0.3 --- But for the PPC platform --- tried bebits but the support is usually for x86....All so am having issues installing opera on this. everytime I run the installer I get invalid header... Can anyone help????? AIM= acidtuch10

The good folks at www.tycomsytems.com have beos pro and other stuff. They also have the update that you need. http://www.tycomsystems.com/beos/updates.html They also sponsor a channel for beshare. Get the apps disk if you what the few things that are for PPC.
If tucows.com or Bebits.com don't have it, then you might be out of luck.
Summary: I'm thrilled with how BeOS runs on my powermac..in every way it is, to me superior than the intel version (which is still mighty fine!)...however, the old problem of no PPC apps has reared itr's ugly ...
