I'm in Australia and would like to purchase a full version of Beos. Can't find anything in oZ so would appreciate any help. I have Beos PE and am very impressed.
TIA.

others too.

There are so called free versions. The legal status is questionable.

Hi Jefro, eddie,

Once installed to it's own partition, BeOS PE is nearly identical to the Pro version. So unless you're a collector or something, there's not much reason to buy BeOS.

There's always eBay for used copies too. You might get lucky and even find one available in Australia.

Regarding the legality of the free versions, I wondered too. To download Dev or Max is, I think, OK by the PE license agreement. The problem is when they send physical disks for a fee.

Clearly it would be illegal to distribute the leaked Dano or PhOS versions. They didn't work for me anyway. :(

Best Wishes,
Bob
