I've got an old PowerBook but I'd like to have a viable OS on it. I've heard that old versions of BeOS are PPC friendly. Is that true ? BTW, the PBook 1400 doesn't have an open firmware, that's why NetBSD can't run on it. Would a PPC-friendly BeOS need an open firmware ?
