I use to have a old mac that actually ran
BeOS PR2, and I upgraded to 4.5 but they
dont seem to release BeOS 5. Is there
any way I can run 4.5?

No, you can't.
Apple get theirs privates chipsets specifications closed since Steve Jobs return (and new PowerMacs G4/iMac G3s products), and so Be Inc. can't make BeOS run on it.
Sorry for bad news.
