Because it's a PCI modem, I'm thinking it's probably also a win modem... if thats the case, you're probably out of luck for the time being... but I could be wrong

Yes, George, you are out of luck. Currently, BeOS does support a few WinModems.
BeOS has already tested these for functionality: USRobotics 56k ActionTec Desklink BTC 56k PCTel chipset cards Lucent softmodems ... and many more in the far hopes of the future.
