BeOS - Conflict with Compaq ARMADA 7770

Hi...I have a Compaq ARMADA 7770 Notebook.
When I want to boot BeOS, equal if it is from disk, CD or HD.

After the initializing after the boot prompt the computer hangs.

Even the different modes of the save mode(s) donīt work.

When I enable the debug mode, I always see the same message

...
sysinit2:23

And thats all I see....then itīs over.

May someone help me?

I need to insert the bios setup to my notebook.But i dont now how...
For the desctop PC is DELETE Key..

Hi Nik.

The Armada donīt have an BIOS like on a desktop computer.

The BIOS is saved on harddisk in a special partition, which you arenīt allowed to delete it.

But, if it is gone, you can download the diagnostic floppies from the Compaq Homepage.

I donīt remember the whole URL, but I think you will find it.

When you have the disk(s), you take the right one, boot with it and then you can change some things via a windows looklike tool.
