BeOS Booting Problem

I have a BeOS problem, i installed beos ( on win2k, ntfs ), when i boot to beos, i get the start screen, it thinks a little bit, the first 2 icons get highlighted and the it reboots ... ( P3 667, 128 MB DDR, Geforce 256, Creative SoundBlaster Live! Value ), what's the problem ?

I don't believe it works in Windows 2000.

According to free.be.com it does !
And supports NTFS .

i have the exact same problem , doesnt work with boot disk , win98 + loadbeos.com
linux boot disk

cd boot

the R4 demo cd bootable works fine btw.

i did a complex google search on that and it returned some page on classic.be , which is dead. so if anyone knows whats going on , please help.

btw, i have TRIED safe mode , disabling everything in the boot menu ... etc. (or perhaps i just dont know exactly what to disable there?)
