Hi everybody,
I just bought a new Gigabyte GA-6VXDC7 motherboard with VIA Apollo Pro 133A chipset onboard. BeOS correctly starts up but I can play only for a few seconds with the desktop before my computer freezes completely.
Did anybody have experience with BeOS and the VIA Apollo Pro chipset?

I've BeOS 5.0.1 Pro running on a MSI-6321 (694D), based on VIA Apollo Pro 133A, with dual P3 800 eb. So, BeOS can run on this chipset. Maybe your problem is other. List your full hardware configuration, please.

I have a Tyan 1854 with the Via Apollo Pro 133 chipset and BeOS works just fine for me as well. I have since gone with a Via Trinity KT board from Tyan but again still working great :)
