You won't find anything like Photoshop or Gimp there, though. However, IMO ArtPaint is pretty good. Also, Gobe Productive (Office Suite) has a decent, if very basic image editor.

Try BeCasso. It is not free, but it is VERY powerful... On a par with Photoshop. 30 bux is not too much to pay for what this software is capable of. Try here... http://www.sumware.demon.nl/products/becasso/
