i woke up this morning and tried to use the touch screen and it would not do what i wanted it to do, instead the screen would move all over the place; "gitch". i tried to hard reset it and even reset it to the original factory settings and still it did not want work. I've purchased this phone a few days over a month ago and i just want to know if there is a way to fix it instead of having to bring it in or getting it exchanged.
You don't tell us what phone this is. Anyway, I'd get it right back to the seller and exchange it for a phone that works. Also, they might be able to quickly repair it for you. Skip
