Ive had my phone for about a month with no problems but today is showed up no service and want allow me to do anything on the phone. I have reset the phone to its factory setting and still no change. Also it keeps cutting off and then back on randomly.
Only had it a month - it's still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Ring you network provider and request that they exchange it.
