I have turned it on and then off again and turning phone off and on dont know what else to try no matter what the itap continues to be on it is a pain in the --- I just would like to be able to shut it off
It may be a battery that has a bad power cell in it. Try plugging in the power to the phone, pulling out the battery and trying that same thing and see what it does. Jonas "Jackal" Lear
