I can't send or receive text messages. I have an EVO 3D v, I turned off, update, toof off the battery, nothing. It is from Virgin mobile.
I have that same issue and I work in downtown Los Angeles. I have the same phone you do but with Sprint and they told me that there is currently an outage here. Does Virgin Mobile have an outage where you are? Do you notice your signal fluctuating too much? Jonas "Jackal" Lear
